Formerly “Your First Job,” the podcast enters Season Three as Giant Steps with Leilani Brown.
Washington, D.C. – September 23, 2025 — Giant Steps, LLC today announced that its podcast, Your First Job, is officially rebranding as Giant Steps with Leilani Brown as it begins its third season. The new name reflects the show’s expanded focus on the full career journey—beyond just the first job—and the bold moves, quiet choices, and unexpected pivots that shape our lives.
