S. Maxwell Brown is an editor and content creator based in New York. A 2025 graduate of Yale University with a degree in Theater and Performance Studies, he is an accomplished artist whose work spans directing, composing, and performing.

Maxwell produces the Your First Job podcast and other digital series for Giant Steps, where he has been part of the team since early 2025. Beyond Giant Steps, he works as a freelance director and composer for stage and screen, and DJs under the moniker SMACKS.
